We are looking for a new colleague in the position of:

INKOPER(PDF)

SALES MEDEWERKER (PDF)

LOGISTICS & SALES OFFICER

In this position you are responsible for the following components:

• A) Logistics Support – responsible for support to the internal Business Units, purchasing, stock control, shipping of inbound and outbound materials and all supporting activities related to logistics initiatives.
• B) Sales Support – responsible for sales support, interfacing between external and internal customers, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of quotations and purchase orders and all supporting activities related to sales initiatives.

This position requires a team player who possesses the following attributes:

• Highly capable and accountable multi-tasker   with a strong commercial attitude.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills and the ability to solve problems.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
• Good communication skills (both written and   verbal) in the following languages: Dutch, English and Papiamentu.
• Skills in relevant computer software programs   (MS Office, database)

The following duties will be performed:

• Inside Sales including: incoming calls, information/call me requests
• rocessing request for quotations and purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensuring all customers (external and internal) have exceptional customer service.
• Purchasing & stocking materials.
• Correspondence with suppliers (e-mail, phone written).
• Other duties related to the activities of our company.

Performance of these duties requires negotiation skills, organizational skills and a customer focused attitude.

We are interested in candidates with an education on MBO+ level in the field of sales, purchasing and/or logistics and relevant experience.
